JUST WANTED TO UPDATE BIO AND LET EVERYONE KNOW I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE REUNION THIS YEAR.

DON RETIRED IN SEPTEMBER 2008 AND WE HAVE BEEN DOING SOME LITTLE PROJECTS AROUND THE PLACE. BUT IN APRIL WE DISCOVERED THAT TWO PEOPLE ON WALKERS AT THE SAME TIME WAS NOT COMPATIBLE. DON HAD REPLACED SOME WINDOWS AND WAS CAULKING AROUND THEM WHEN HE FELL OFF A 4 FOOT RETAINING WALL. HE FRACTURED HIS PELVIS IN TWO PLACES. NOTHING CAN BE DONE FOR HIM, IT WILL JUST TAKE TIME TO HEAL. WHILE DOING SOME YARD WORK, I LOST MY BALANCE (WHICH IS NOT GOOD ANYWAY) AND SPRAINED BY LEFT ANKLE. JOKINGLY I SAID I DID IT BECAUSE DON WAS GETTING TOO MUCH ATTENTION. WE ARE BOTH DOING BETTER. THANK GOODNESS WE HAVE SOME REALLY NICE NEIGHBORS AS OF YESTERDAY (JUNE 29) THE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN CAULKED, TRIM PREMIERED AND PAINTED AND THAT END OF THE HOUSE PAINTED.

IN DECEMBER DON AND I ADOPTED A 3 YEAR OLD WHITE LONG HAIRED CHIHUAHUA WHO IS DEAF. SHE IS A KICK IN THE PANTS. AS YOU CAN SEE IN HER PICTURE, BUTTER WOULD MELT IN HER MOUTH.

HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO A LITTLE TRAVELING (AFTER DON IS HEALED UP).  NOT FAR FROM HOME, YELLOWSTONE (DON HAS NEVER BEEN THERE) AND A FEW OTHER PLACES.

HOPE TO SEE YOU AT THE 50TH.

Spouse: Don Tomsha

Kids:

     Samuel 39
     David 36

Step Kids:

     Jody 35
     Carrie 33
     Don Jr. 23

I married Dennis Cox in march of 65. We were married for 25 years. I have two wonderful sons, Samuel 39 and David 36. We did a lot of camping, fishing, boating and water skiing. When the boys got older, they added hunting to their love of the outdoors.

I went back to school and graduated from Palouse high school in 66.

I lived in Pullman for 27 years. During this time, I operated a daycare in my home until the boys started school. I worked for a couple years at the bowling alley. Then I went to work at WSU. After 21 years and eight months, I retired due to health.

I was active in creative child care and bowling. I bowled on two women's bowling leagues, the Mickey Shaw's traveling league, mixed leagues and supported the junior bowling program.

In 82, the Pullman women's bowling association honored me, by inducting me into the bowling hall of fame.

I retire from bowling in 89 due to heath.

I married Don Tomsha fourteen years ago. We relocated to the Spokane Valley in 92. We have done our share of camping in canopies, campers, camp trailers and motor homes. We have decided motels are the only way to camp.

Don came with three children, two daughters (ages now) Jody 35, Carrie 33, and a son, Don Jr. 23.

I have 4 step grandchildren, Gavin 6, Ashley 4, Nonica 4 and Molly will be 4 Aug. 1. The girls are 5 months apart.
