| After two careers, the first as an educator, the second as a librarian, I retired five years ago to Goldendale, Washington, where I have my own little "ranchette" 10 miles from town with beautiful views, open skies and a forested back yard. I am an active volunteer in the community and work with the Goldendale Observatory, Maryhill Museum of Art, Friends of the Library, Cornucopia Clothing Room, Unitarian Social Justice Committee, Goldendale Citizens for Peace, and the Goldendale Food Group (promoting local food products). | ||
