The following was in the January 20, 1984 edition of the Idahonian. John P. Baker Jr., 36, UI graduate Moscow High School and University of Idaho graduate John P. Baker Jr., 36, died Monday in Galveston, Texas. Death was caused by hepatitis related to kidney problems. He was a 1965 graduate of Moscow High School and received a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Idaho in 1969. He was a member of Farm House fraternity. He was born Aug. 30, 1947, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Evalyn at the family home' his parents, John and Virginia of Lexington, Ky.; and a sister Sharon Baker. Funeral arrangements were made in Texas. |
