Hi everyone, WOW 40 years!!!

There's been alot of cubes under the bridge (river talk). I'm still a trucker here in Spokane. I drove for 20 years, most of the time between Spokane and LA. I don't get to drive much anymore because my fleet is 50 trucks and I'm desk bound keeping the trucks and business running. My two sons work with me and my ex-wife Carol is my business partner. (long story) I have remarried 10 years ago to fine lady named Taryn.

In between business there has been a few fun times. My family started skiing in 1981. We built a Mountain home at Schweitzer resort near Sandpoint,Id. in 1997. We spend alot of time up there both winter and summer. It's taken me a while to get my skis under me,so now I venture out on Heli-ski and Cat-ski trips in Canada.

The snow we ski on we also use to float on. I started rafting rivers in the early 80's.

Probably been on most of the rivers in Idaho (Salmon, Snake, Moyie, Bruneau, Owyhee). Grand Canyon twice (18 day trips) and a river in Chile (Rio Bio Bio). The floats we do are not for the rush of the rapids but the company, camping and the lush meals and fine wine.

Addiction has plagued me throught my life also. The worst has been GOLF. Taryn introduced to the game when we met and is been an constant battle to play better golf than her.

What's been big in our lives is Taryn's son Jeremy who is in Iraq with the 31 st. MEU (Marine Expenditionary Unit) . We worry all the time but we our also very supportive of what he and his fellow troops are doing there.

Hope to see most of you at the reunion.... Hutch
